KVD Beauty Edge of Reality | Makeup

It took me awhile to buy this palette and when I did I got it on sale. A few years back I got the Saint & Sinner palette and while I was blown away by how beautiful the color story was, the packaging was stunning, and the vibes were there... I couldn't get on board with the formula. I had such a hard time with it lasting on my eyes unlike any shadow I have tried. The weird part was after having it for over a year or two I tried again and liked it more. It's almost like the formula ages like a fine wine but in cosmetics that's not something you particularly want.  I was drawn to the Edge of Reality palette once again like the last palette because of the shades and beautiful packaging. The price point with the risk of not liking it like before kept me from buying until the sale. I had heard good things about this one though so that was a plus!  So what you need to know is this is a great palette! I'm super happy with my purchase. The mattes are a softer formula but

Gold Heart | KKW Fragrance

Gold Heart   Top: Juicy Golden Currant, Bright Lemon, Splashy Coconut Mineral Water Mid: Luminous Honeysuckle, Yellow Tiareflower, Gleaming Orange Blossom Dry: Golden Amber Woods, Precious Vanilla Bean, Glowing Skin Musks I told you I would get the others. Haha. I decided to show this one because it is my current go-to. It is such a nice scent for the summertime. I can't quite explain it but it's like a burst of sunshine to me. It is floral while being fruity and sweet with vanilla and honeysuckle. The amber woods levels out the sweetness just right but there is the citrus throw to it. I also note touches of the coconut making it a slightly tropical scent that is perfect for vacay! There honestly is a lot going on with this scent but it just works. I feel it is more of a day scent for me but I feel it's strong enough for summer nights too. I love the uniqueness of the metallic heart collection so much. It's something different from the others and I'm not disappointe

Beautbean x Shroud It's Freakin' Bats | Makeup

It may seem like weird timing but it's actually perfect timing since this palette is finally restocking! The It's Freakin' Bats Palette is restocking July 25th! I was apart of the pre-order and not the actually launch in October of last year. I didn't reiceve mine until this year because the pre-order was so insane. This current restock is not a pre-order and just a restock of what they currently have on hand of these palettes. I mention all of this because I love this palette so much. The grunge fall queen in me gets excited every time I open this one. I want to say although I do enjoy Beautbeans content now, when I got this palette I had never watched any videos from her. So I wasn't biased at all with how I liked the palette. This is also my first Shroud Cosmetics palette even though I have wanted to try them since the Creepy Cute palette came out. I'm not disappointed and I want more. I can't wait for their brand to expand more to where they can ha

Orange | Monochromatic Series

I actually created this look weeks ago when my mental health wasn't in a good place. I'm working on new looks for this series so I thought it was time to get this one up. I do like this look overall but I wish the eyeshadow was a little more pigmented. I debated scrapping this look but I rarely do orange looks so here it is. Oh and yes, I had to use an orange eyeliner for my lip liner. haha.  *If this is the first monochromatic look you have seen the others will be linked below, but the idea is creating looks that are monochromatic with the eyes and lips every week.  ✖️ Brows:  Benefit Cosmetics Brow Contour Pro Pencil - Blonde Light Anastasia Beverly Hills Clear Brow Gel ✖️Eyes:  Morphe 35M Boss Mood Palette - Play It Cool, Fired Up, Light of the Party, Confidence, & Bright Eyes It Cosmetics Superhero Mascara I started this orange look with a nice cool transition shade, Play it Cool . To highlight my brow bone and inner corner I took a light shimmer, Light of the Party .

Ace Beaute Nostalgia Palette | Makeup

I wanted this palette from the time I saw it sneak peeked. The color story is beautiful with unique undertones once again from Ace Beaute . They do such a good job putting shades together. The theme "nostalgia" was a fun take on 2020. While being home with nothing open all the fun things like theme parks, the beach, etc. were closed. Hence becoming a nostalgic feeling/memory. It was a cute moment... The only part I found strange was the theme with the outer packaging art. The cover is tropical with flowers making it seem more like a summer beach theme. It may have been a last-minute theme switch on their end with the same packaging, but I would honestly prefer the beachy theme over the nostalgia one. What I'm getting at is the packaging could have been a lot cooler for the theme.  Swatches left to right:   Beach, Popsicle, Stargazing, Theme Park, Water Slide, Heat, Raspberry, Picnic, Camping, Fun, Flower, Vacation, Flip Flops, Carnival, & Hiking.  The formula is the
