Gourmande Girls Cosmetics x Doodlesbythebunny Spooked Palette | Makeup

This was hands down one of my favorite Halloween launches of this year. This palette was a design by Doodlesbythebunny on Instagram that made it to a collaboration with Gourmande Girls Cosmetics. I have been following and have been very intrigued by trying this indie brand for a while so when my eyes landed on this palette it was an easy decision. For my first palette from them, I am super impressed. The Spooked palette has a variety of mattes and metallics. The mattes are super pigmented and soft. This is normally a problem for me that tends to be a mess to blend out or be able to keep pigmented on the lids but not with this formula. Not only did it blend like a dream but it also stayed in place all day. The metallics have been breathtaking. Some of them even have duo shifts to them that are so gorgeous. They're buttery and pack a punch to the looks. I've worn this palette so much due to not only how inspiring the color story is but just how good the formula is. I think w

Sophia + Mabelle | Makeup

I was introduced to this brand, Sophia + Mabelle , by Boxycharm when I received their lipstick. I raved about how good it was and then they sent me a few more of their products to try out so here is my thoughts... So starting with the lips, I have their traditional lipstick in the shade, Topless and I love it! It is a pretty warm nude that is creamy and wears well being a classic bullet lipstick. They sent me the liquid lip and it is a pretty nude too. The shade, Nude Heels is pretty light for even me, but paired with a deeper lip liner it is absolutely gorgeous. It does dry down as a matte but is super lightweight with a long wear time.  This mascara is very black for those dark lashes making it perfect for that go-to mascara to coat the lashes before falsies or great for natural day-to-day lashes. But I have to say it is my least favorite I have tried from them for what I typically look for in mascara. I find myself using it for the natural look when I need a quick go-to but for get

Cloud by Ariana Grande | Fragrance

Cloud by Ariana Grande   Top: Lavender Blossom, Juicy Pear, Bergamot Heart: Crème De Coconut, Indulgent Praline, Vanilla Orchid Base: Sensual Musks, Creamy Blonde Woods Okay okay, I get the hype. When I first smelled this fragrance straight from the bottle I got an in between - old lady scent (which I'm not saying is a bad thing.. Just not everyones thing.) and a super fresh scent. This is typically not my favorite combo but I gave it a shot and let the scent warm up to my skin. As I have mentioned before, Ariana's scents you can not judge from the get go. You really have to test them out. They're completely different from the bottle to the skin. While most fragrances are, I can't explain these, they are very different. Cloud has a very fresh but warmness to it that makes it so likable and also great day time wear. The blend of florals and warm notes has me loving it for a fall going into winter scent. When first applied you get the fresh floral but as it wears you have

Shroud Cosmetics x BattyBean Hallobean Palette | Makeup

Where to begin with this palette? Could it be the best of this season? Possibly so! This second round of Shroud Cosmetics x BattyBean is everything I could dream up for a fall palette. Sure, I love the past Its Freakin' Bats palette. It is still a favorite with its spooky vibes. What the Hallobean Palette gives is not only a spooky vibe but a fall lovers' essentials in the shade range. With 5 mattes and 4 metallics, you have a good balance in formulas that are some of the best. The mattes are pigmented but are some of the easiest shadows to blend out. The metallics are a buttery dream with the prettiest payoff. These stunning shades that are named after such iconic Halloween movies/characters are everything and new favorites.   BattyBean did an incredible job on another gorgeous color story and Shroud really does deserve all the love/hype they are getting! xx Shades left to right: Ghastly, Afterlife, Crypt, Woodsboro, It's Showtime, Black Flame, Losers Club, Ghoulish

Realher Dreams So Big Palette | Makeup

Realher Dreams So Big Palette This was a palette I was gifted in a Boxycharm and while it is a beautiful-looking palette, I'm not sure if I would've bought it on my own. It was one that I was like sure I'll try out but personally, the color story wasn't the most exciting for me until I used it. Even after the first use, my mind was changed. I've been sleeping on Realher eyeshadow formula. My first look was a whole matte look which I rarely do. I was blown away by how well the matte shades built up in pigment and blended out flawlessly. The cool tones are really flattering considering cool tones can sometimes be hit or miss. I kind of slept on this palette for a while again before breaking it back out. I'm so glad I chose to use the metallic for the second look. I was obsessed immediately. It applied with the mattes so well and the payoff is insanely gorgeous. After a long day wear my eyeshadow was still in place and looking so good. I'm super impressed with
