Garnet | Gemstone Series

Garnet | Gemstone Series I promise to do better with my next blog look series (which is only 2-3 weeks away!) haha... But I'm back at this one with just one more to go after this. It's the very end of January and it only makes sense to make sure I get Garnet done before this month is over. xo *If this is the first gemstone look you have seen the others will be linked below, but the idea is creating looks based on gemstones every week and the challenge (not really) using the ColourPop So Jaded palette to create the eye look.  ✖️Brows:  Tarte Cosmetics Busy Gal Brows (Taupe) ✖️Eyes:  Mac Cosmetics Paint Pot (Painterly)  ColourPop So Jaded Palette (Royal Jewels, Moonstone, & Garnet) Tarte Cosmetics Big Ego Mascara Hank & Henry Slick With It Liner (Blickity Black) *not pictured - oops I first took Royal Jewels in my crease as a transition. Wander Beauty Seascape & Dusk To Dawn | Makeup

Wander Beauty Seascape & Dusk To Dawn | Makeup I didn't know what to expect with these palettes. I figured I would love the cheek palette because of the other Wander Beauty  face products I have already tried and loved. The cheek palette, Dusk To Dawn is beautiful. It has 3 shades total which are a matte blush, a glow topper blush, and a highlight. The matte blush is stunning and pigmented for sure! The topper blush is where it is at for me, though. I like more options with shadows, but for what I want with this palette it has just enough shades! All six shades are super soft. The matte is a little more dense and yes only one matte in this 6 pan pa

Violet Voss Essentials 2 Palette | Makeup

Violet Voss Essentials 2 Palette | Makeup It happened! If you seen my blog on Violet Voss Essentials palette then you know I had plans of getting this one already, but I actually got this one in a Boxycharm  too like the first one! I fell in love with the first one. The color story was cute and the formula was amazing! I can say so far with this one I haven't loved it as much as the first, but I'm still pretty happy with it. From the packaging I guess I was hoping for more. I mean all these shades are beautiful, but I could do with less of the neutrals in these smaller palettes especially when the cover is really vibing with the pink, purple, and blue moments. It could have been much more into that category besides just 4 shades. There is even a rose gold, while it is gorgeous, it doesn't go with this palette theme to me. I have a harder time thinking of looks with this one and you would know from past times I get frustrated when I feel that way. The actual pink, purple, a
