Current Natural Everyday Makeup Look

My everyday makeup look has been my go-to lately with just throwing on a full face real quick and running out the door. Although I love doing my makeup, trying new products, and experimenting with different colors of the lips/eyes, I've really been liking this everyday-natural look. It takes me around 20 minutes if I'm not interrupted by a toddler asking for something, a baby pulling up on me, or my husband asking, "How much longer?" or, "Is that highlight?" 😂

To get my face primed and ready, I've been using these: Tarte Rainforest of the Sea Marine Boosting Mist, then Baby Skin Instant Pore Eraser primer, and this sample of benefit's Pore Fessional (which has really been helping hide my pores!).

Foundation and concealer have really been the only thing face-wise that I've been switching up. If I want to go the drugstore route or I'm wanting more of a matte finish, I go with L'oreal Infallible Pro-Matte foundation in the shade 101 classic ivory with Maybelline Instant Age Rewind in the shade Fair.

If I want a more high-end and dewy finish, I've been using Tarte Rainforest of the Sea water foundation in the shade fair neutral with Tarte Shape Tape concealer in the shade fair.
As you can tell, I'm extremely fair.
I really love both of these and they've become some of my favorites to use with my skin-type. With this look, I used both Tarte products.

One of the interruptions I talked about 😜

I used this Milani Prep+Set+Go transparent face powder to set the face and under eyes.
I love this for a translucent face powder, but I haven't been enjoying how it still lets my under eyes crease a bit. I applied this powder with XO Beauty Powder brush.

Then, I jumped right into my eyebrows using the Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Definer in the shade Taupe. I applied NYX Control Freak clear brow gel to keep them in place.

 The second interruption 😂

With the eyebrows complete, I started bronzing up the face with Tarte tarteist  Pro Glow To Go palette, then used e.l.f blush in the shade Mellow Mauve. I also used the Tarte palettes top shade to highlight.

Brushes used:
Xo Beauty Bronzer Brush
Luxie Lush 504 Large Angled
XO Beauty Shimmer Tulip Brush

For my eyes, I've been using this Lorac Los Angeles blush and eye shadow palette. I don't know if this palette was limited edition or not, but I love the shades. First, I used the top left cream shade in my crease, and then blended it up and on the lid also as a base color. Then, I used the top right light brown to warm up the crease. I used the bottom right shade in just the outer crease to darken it just a little. Some days I make it darker and some days I like it lighter and more natural. I used it lighter in this look. The bottom left shade is what I highlighted the inner corner and brow bone with.

 Brushes used for the eyes:
Xo Beauty
Crease Blender,
Blender,
and
Pencil.

I really haven't been wearing too much eye liner this summer. It cuts the time down a little on this day to day look. You can add a nude color in the water line to brighten the eyes a little more, or throw on a full wing to add more to your eyes. Since I'm wanting to stick to more natural with it being an everyday look and summer time I go from eye shadow, to curling my eyelashes, to applying mascara. No falsies for this look 😉

I've been loving this new drugstore mascara, L'oreal Voluminous Lash Paradise.

My lip shade has been staying about the same color; I've just been using different types and brands. For this look, I used this one by Anastasia Beverly Hills in the shade Kristen.
This look is complete!

Tarte [Make Believe in Yourself] Mystical Dreamy Blues Tutorial

Tarte [Make Believe in Yourself] Mystical Dreamy Blues Tutorial  I recently did a review the Tarte Make Believe in Yourself   eyeshadow palette. In that review I shared some looks that I created with it and will be sharing each of those tutorials with you. First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream. I started this look by prepping my skin with First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream. I used this because my skin was so dry! I followed that up with Physicians Formula Primer Argan Wear (with coconut and argan oil). I used that as my primer today.  I also used some color corrector concealer from the brand Aurora in the shade Pistachio. This is a new favorite of mine! I love how well it covers up any redness or blemishes. This was mentioned in my last Ipsy blog (I'll link below).  Physicians Formula Primer Argan Wear Aurora Pro Color Corrector (Pistachio).  EOS lip balm I moisturized my lips with some  EOS lip balm and ...

Makeup Monday // JSC Jawbreaker + Mini Breaker

Makeup Monday // JSC Jawbreaker + Mini Breaker I wasn't sure if I'd bring palettes back to my blog or not since they're discussed so much on my channel , but for sake of a pretty photo-op moment, I'm doing this. Ha!  I'm usually over the moon for every Jeffree Star Cosmetics launch and this one wasn't any different. I feel like only Jeffree could make a palette this full of insane colors and get away with it. With that being said when opening the Jawbreaker palette I can honestly say I did feel a little overwhelmed which is weird because I'm not one to shy away from color. I think it can still be challenging finding the right shades to put together to complement each other, but I can say once you dip into the shades that feeling goes away quickly. It's not as intimidating as you think it is. I created four colorful while still bring wearable looks with the Jawbreaker and had fun each day picking the palette up. I love being excited to do ...

Skincare Reviews // Coola, Vasanti, Clinique, Avatara, & I Dew Care

Skincare Reviews // Coola, Vasanti, Clinique, Avatara, & I Dew Care Coola Sport White Tea Moisturizer SPF 50   $32 I took this gem with me on vacation and it did amazing! With an SPF 50 I didn’t have to worry about getting my face burnt. Who wants dry, red, and peeling skin when you have videos to film and blogs to get done? Not me! I took my skincare very seriously and this item made it super easy! Although, this has SPF is was just a moisturizer. It also felt just like a moisturizer, not oily, greasy, or film-like at all! It sank right into my skin and kept me protected. I can also say this worked with my sensitive skin well and didn't break me out at all! If you're fair, burn easily, and have sensitive skin I really recommend this product. Even if you don't, I recommend this as a great SPF moisturizer that everyone could benefit from.  Vasanti Brighten Up! Enzymatic Face Rejuvenator $29 I tried this product sometime last yea...
