Tower 28 Beauty | Makeup

To the brand that has opened my eyes to a creative outlet while thinking of my skin all the time. Tower 28 Beauty has proved to me that you can have fun with makeup while taking your skin into consideration the entire time. While it's still fun to dip into all my other makeup I have found so much joy in my lightweight makeup ways. The shift happened after trying more cream products and Tower 28 has been one of them. I eyed the beauty of this brand for a while and then took the plunge with their cream bronzer, Bronzino in the shade Sun Coast (the lightest to go with my fair complexion), Beach Please Balm Blush in the shade Power Hour, and a couple of their ShineOn Lip Jellies (Almond & Cashew)

Their creams are balms so you get a full shine to your look. They not only make your skin look glossy and healthy but also vibrant with the pigment. The blushes really pack a punch in pigment and can be worn as a flush of color or built-up. The bronzer is a little less pigmented than what I'm used to in a bronzer but it is absolutely stunning! Every time it is added to my face I feel sun-kissed. I wear this bronzer alone for a fresh natural look or over another cream bronzer (that has more pigment) for that extra glow I mentioned that makes you look like you're always in the golden hour. They both wear as balms so they can transfer but look so healthy and keep the look skin-like natural. You can glam it up with powders as they work well that way too. It's a win-win either way to make them perfect everyday gems.

The lip jellies are really nice lip glosses. They give the full-on shine of a gloss while wearing comfortably as an almost lip oil feel. Almond, is my go-to brown nude that I wear constantly. They look amazing on their own for the natural glossy look while hydrating your lips or layered over lip liners to make the look extra.

Last, but certainly not least, is the SOS (Save Our Skin) Spray. This product has for sure saved my skin. I can't brag about it enough. It works as a toner, makeup setter, or even just a refresh. I have seen so many reviews about how it calms (and even cures) Eczema and had to give it a go. I started using it not only on my face but also on my hands for my hormonal/stress eczema that tends to pop up. My hands have not only been clear of eczema but have also healed fully after using this. Anytime it starts to flare up I go for this spray once again. Since these results, I use it most mornings as my toner because I know it'll heal my ance and protect my face just like it did my hands. I also love it as a makeup setting spray because it keeps everything dewy while melting it all together. My makeup looks flawless with it. My skin has been incredible since switching to more lightweight products and creams. Plus, I have to add that Tower 28 Beauty is the first makeup accepted/approved by the NEA - National Eczema Association.

I'm won over but will be adding more to my collection with more Tower 28 Beauty. I already have their new tinted sunscreen and you can check out my first thoughts on it in my video below. But please tell me, have you tried Tower 28? What's your favorite? xo

Beauty Tuesday

For my first " Beauty Tuesday", I thought I would start it off with my May Ipsy bag. If you're not familiar with Ipsy, it's a monthly subscription bag with 4-5 full and/or sample size beauty products. This June marks two years that I've received a bag. Even though some bags are hit or miss, I've continued to be subscribed so I can try out new items. I feel like Ipsy has really upped their game this year and I've loved every bag I've gotten. I'll be sharing my bag with you every month with my own personal review of the bag itself, and each product in it. I'll also blog about how certain makeup wears, feels, and my own opinion of the product. The same for skincare products, and how they work with my skin type.  I hope you enjoy my May 2017 Glam Bag (If you're interested in subscribing to Ipsy's monthly Glam Bag, I'll post the link down below). I'm more into Ipsy for the actual products and not the bags, but I'll admit the ba

Ricky's Cult Crushes // May 2018

Ricky's Cult Crushes // May 2018  You may already know, but I moved all of my subscriptions to my beauty channel: AllyBrianne   You can check out my unboxings there of all of my monthly and seasonal subscriptions.  The reason I'm posting this blog today is because I just got this months Ricky's Cult Crushes in the mail last week. I planned on filming a quick unboxing to post Sunday, but my weekend got away from me so here we are. This is only my second month receiving this subscription. I'm up in the air about it honestly. Last months ( Ricky's Cult Crushes // April 2018 ) was a good box, but sadly the pans in the eyeshadow palette kept falling out! You can see all that business in the video! I was disappointed because the shadows were great.. The packaging not so much.  If you don't know what  Ricky's Cult Crushes is... It is a $11 (now $14, I'll explain) monthly subscription that has mainly beauty items. This is a subscription throug

August Ipsy Glam Bag

I don't know what took so long this month whether it was Ipsy or just USP
