Wander Beauty Seascape & Dusk To Dawn | Makeup

Wander Beauty Seascape & Dusk To Dawn | Makeup

I didn't know what to expect with these palettes. I figured I would love the cheek palette because of the other Wander Beauty face products I have already tried and loved. The cheek palette, Dusk To Dawn is beautiful. It has 3 shades total which are a matte blush, a glow topper blush, and a highlight. The matte blush is stunning and pigmented for sure! The topper blush is where it is at for me, though. This shade has become a blush favorite. The highlight is very pretty and while I can pull if off on my fair skin, it is a tad much gold and would be stunning on tan to deep skin even more so!

The eyeshadow palette is not my all time favorite, but I have found myself reaching for it on simple days when I want my makeup to be quick. I like more options with shadows, but for what I want with this palette it has just enough shades! All six shades are super soft. The matte is a little more dense and yes only one matte in this 6 pan palette, but again it works for what I use it for. Quick day to day looks. The metallics are buttery soft. Almost like a ColourPop super shock shadow. The shine with the pigment of these metallics are insanely beautiful and the best part of this palette. I noticed they wore well too. A brush of the matte as a transition in the crease and a tap of a metallic on the lid with my finger is the go-to with this palette.

Swatches left to right: Champagne Harbor, Sea Salt, Golden Reef, Sand Dollar, Sea Foam, & Coastal

I do have a full video on these and some other Wander Beauty products, but I will also be posting a look wearing these in my IG stories today (which I'll save later in IGTV if you miss it) so you can see it in action! I definitely would give Wander Beauty a try if you're in the market for clean beauty products that can be easy to use too. There is still some color here, but it's kept simple.

Beauty Tuesday

For my first " Beauty Tuesday", I thought I would start it off with my May Ipsy bag. If you're not familiar with Ipsy, it's a monthly subscription bag with 4-5 full and/or sample size beauty products. This June marks two years that I've received a bag. Even though some bags are hit or miss, I've continued to be subscribed so I can try out new items. I feel like Ipsy has really upped their game this year and I've loved every bag I've gotten. I'll be sharing my bag with you every month with my own personal review of the bag itself, and each product in it. I'll also blog about how certain makeup wears, feels, and my own opinion of the product. The same for skincare products, and how they work with my skin type.  I hope you enjoy my May 2017 Glam Bag (If you're interested in subscribing to Ipsy's monthly Glam Bag, I'll post the link down below). I'm more into Ipsy for the actual products and not the bags, but I'll admit the ba

Ricky's Cult Crushes // May 2018

Ricky's Cult Crushes // May 2018  You may already know, but I moved all of my subscriptions to my beauty channel: AllyBrianne   You can check out my unboxings there of all of my monthly and seasonal subscriptions.  The reason I'm posting this blog today is because I just got this months Ricky's Cult Crushes in the mail last week. I planned on filming a quick unboxing to post Sunday, but my weekend got away from me so here we are. This is only my second month receiving this subscription. I'm up in the air about it honestly. Last months ( Ricky's Cult Crushes // April 2018 ) was a good box, but sadly the pans in the eyeshadow palette kept falling out! You can see all that business in the video! I was disappointed because the shadows were great.. The packaging not so much.  If you don't know what  Ricky's Cult Crushes is... It is a $11 (now $14, I'll explain) monthly subscription that has mainly beauty items. This is a subscription throug

August Ipsy Glam Bag

If you're not familiar with Ipsy, it's a monthly subscription bag with 4-5 full and/or sample sized beauty products. I've been getting one for two and an half  years  now. I don't know what took so long this month whether it was Ipsy or just USP
