Lilah B. Divine Duos | Makeup

Lilah b. Divine Duos

My love for cream blushes is no secret but since I have been trying out so many I thought it would make for a good blog post here and there to share my thoughts. I also have been slacking on makeup looks on the blog and thought these types of reviews would help to add some recent looks I've created while showing these beauties in action.

I didn't know what to expect with these Lilah b. blushes but I knew they looked absolutely beautiful and I've heard amazing things about this brand. It is a clean beauty brand that is also vegan and cruelty free. The packaging on these are a 10/10 but I have to say they're misleading in photos when it comes to the size. They are pretty small! The price point for the size might make you flench but the pigmentation strectches making these more worth it. While I have only used them as cream blushes these can also be used as lipstick/balm and even your eyes as they are eye safe. While I do enjoy the pigmentation that is also very buildiable these aren't my favorte formula. They are very likeable but I feel at the size, price point, and color shift I have liked other formulas more. I feel I don't need to add more shades from this line which is odd since usually when I fall in love with cream blushes I want them in all shades. ha!

I appreciate the stunning packaging and the weight of it. The color range is beautiful but a little misleading as the deep shade turns out to be a lighter pink anyways. But I absolutely love the bold orange and love to see the range they have for being a "clean" brand. I can tell they went above with this product. I really do like these and feel if you have the money to spend and want to splurge then try them for yourself. I don't think you'd be disappointed as long as you keep in mind they're quite small. Although, I may never buy another one of these I have to say I'm still intruiged in trying other products from Lilah b.

Amethyst | Gemstone Series

Amethyst | Gemstone Series  Today is Amethyst. I have to say I started this look a little late in the day and was rushing the beautiful golden hour to get this makeup on and get decent pictures before the sunset.  *If this is the first gemstone look you have seen the others will be linked below, but the idea is creating looks based on gemstones every week and the challenge (not really) using the ColourPop So Jaded palette to create the eye look.  ✖️Brows: Anastasia Beverly Hills Dipbrow Gel (Blonde) ✖️Eyes: Mac Cosmetics Paint Pot (Painterly) ColourPop So Jaded Palette (Ametrine, Flourite, & Amethyst) Tarte Cosmetics Big Ego Mascara I started the look with the Ametrine shade right above my crease and blended it out with a blending brush. Then I took the Flourite shade on my inner corner and brow bone as my highlight.  Then, of course, the Amethyst shade in the palette. I patted it on the lid space with my finger before blending it in my actual ...

Doucce Freematic Eyeshadow Pro Palette (Nude) Review

Doucce Freematic Eyeshadow Pro Palette (Nude) Review You may have seen that I received this Doucce palette in my FabFitFun Winter Box . I have actually tried one of their single pans of eyeshadow from a subscription in the past and I did like it and thought it was super pigmented! First of all, I love how compact and cool this freematic palette is. There is small magnets on the back of each shade and the inside of the actual palette is a magnetic board like a Z-Palette. Then I want to mention how I do really like the color layout of this. It is a pretty neutral layout and has shades that everyone has, but the undertone of these are just so different to me. In a good way for sure! They do have other palette options on their website, along with a "build your own palette" option. I will eventually review the highlight (also a bonus!) that came with this, but I want to talk mainly about the 8 eyeshadows. They're just like the single one I received and is very pigm...

Nomad Cosmetics Hudson Valley Palette | Makeup

It had been too long since I got a palette from Nomad Cosmetics . They have one of the best formulas and I absolutely love when they do darker/fall color stories. I still use the Haunted Europe palette all the time and after using this one I know I'll be just as obsessed with it too. This palette is heavy on mattes with only three metallics. I do love these metallics. The formula is buttery and so pigmented plus the shades really compliment the mattes in this unique color story. The mattes are where it is at. They have some of the best mattes ever! Plus these shades?! You have a neutral side with a touch of greens that are all so toned down and wearable. But you also have those beautiful bold fall colors on the other side. While this was a fall launch and a palette I will be wearing every fall I'm sure. I found this palette to be incredible for the holiday season too. I loved the everyday neutral looks to the glam holiday looks that were perfect for holiday outings. The pigme...
