Bellapierre Complete Nail Care System

I've been working on my nail care lately. I grew up being a nail biter. It was such a bad habit. I have slipped a few times, but for the most part I've been a "non-nail biter" for two years now. I'm super proud of myself and I wish I had good advice for anyone out there trying to stop, but it honestly was willpower to stop. I love how pretty and long my nails get now. My day-to-day task of being a mom limits me from having super long nails, but I file/shape them now, instead of biting them off. I have other nail care items that I was using, but these are extras to have on hand. They did well with my nails today. The pictures below show what items I used with brief reviews and/or first impressions. I used the lotion before hand. I'm just not a huge fan of the scent. I'm pretty picky about scents, but I have plenty of hand lotions already so I can pass it along to someone else.
I used the nail block to shape, buff, and shine my nails before painting them. The before nails in these photos are stained from the previous red polish I was using.

I enjoyed using this type of nail file to shape my nails, instead of the block. They both did a great job with my nails though and were good quality!

The nail polish I chose today was the PS Cosmeceutical Polish (Southern Sand)

Beauty Coco Activated Charcoal Polish & Bamboo Toothbrush

I mentioned in my unboxing that I already had a charcoal powder on hand, but I tried this one out today to see if the quality was just as good or not. They are actually very similar in packaging, performance, and results! I'm impressed with this! I love these because they are a natural way to whiten your teeth with no chemicals!

Bellapierre Xll Eyeshadow Palette (Go Natural)I didn't know what to expect with this palette. It did swatch a little powdery and even a little sheer with a brush. They were buildable shades though and the eye look (below) that I created with it is pretty! This still looks like such a dupe for the Urban Decay Naked 3 Palette, but a couple of the shades look more unique from that one. I haven't decided yet, but I was thinking it would be a cool blog or video to compare the two palettes and how they differ in quality. Either way, this performed well for me today and so far I'm impressed with the quality.

Beauty Tuesday

For my first " Beauty Tuesday", I thought I would start it off with my May Ipsy bag. If you're not familiar with Ipsy, it's a monthly subscription bag with 4-5 full and/or sample size beauty products. This June marks two years that I've received a bag. Even though some bags are hit or miss, I've continued to be subscribed so I can try out new items. I feel like Ipsy has really upped their game this year and I've loved every bag I've gotten. I'll be sharing my bag with you every month with my own personal review of the bag itself, and each product in it. I'll also blog about how certain makeup wears, feels, and my own opinion of the product. The same for skincare products, and how they work with my skin type.  I hope you enjoy my May 2017 Glam Bag (If you're interested in subscribing to Ipsy's monthly Glam Bag, I'll post the link down below). I'm more into Ipsy for the actual products and not the bags, but I'll admit the ba

Ricky's Cult Crushes // May 2018

Ricky's Cult Crushes // May 2018  You may already know, but I moved all of my subscriptions to my beauty channel: AllyBrianne   You can check out my unboxings there of all of my monthly and seasonal subscriptions.  The reason I'm posting this blog today is because I just got this months Ricky's Cult Crushes in the mail last week. I planned on filming a quick unboxing to post Sunday, but my weekend got away from me so here we are. This is only my second month receiving this subscription. I'm up in the air about it honestly. Last months ( Ricky's Cult Crushes // April 2018 ) was a good box, but sadly the pans in the eyeshadow palette kept falling out! You can see all that business in the video! I was disappointed because the shadows were great.. The packaging not so much.  If you don't know what  Ricky's Cult Crushes is... It is a $11 (now $14, I'll explain) monthly subscription that has mainly beauty items. This is a subscription throug

August Ipsy Glam Bag

If you're not familiar with Ipsy, it's a monthly subscription bag with 4-5 full and/or sample sized beauty products. I've been getting one for two and an half  years  now. I don't know what took so long this month whether it was Ipsy or just USP
