Dose of Colors Blushing Berries // Palette Review

Dose of Colors Blushing Berries // Palette Review

Dose of Colors is a brand that has always caught my attention with their launches. After trying out a couple of the items from the Desi X Katy Collection with Dose and seeing how great the quality of the products were I knew I wanted to try out their 5 pan eyeshadow palettes they were releasing. I tried this palette out in a first impressions video on my Beauty Channel (linked below) and then a day ago tried it out again. That was in another video that will be coming in April. I then knew my final thoughts on  this palette. I tried every shade and with other products/palettes. This palette hasn't failed me. The shades are beautiful, the blend out amazingly, and the pigment! This reminds me of the ABH Modern Renaissance Palette. It's very pigmented and powdery like those, but blends out so pretty! Each shade works the same so there are no duds. I love the berry tones, but also love how this is a complete matte formula palette. They're beautiful mattes! This palette isn't the absolute cheapest especially for only getting 5 pans of shadow, but in my opinion it's still worth the money! They do offer this size palette in different color set ups. The berries just caught my eye, but I will definitely be purchasing the others! This is a true hit!

The Dose of Colors Blushing Berries Palette is a 10/10 for me!
This palette retails for $32 on Dose of Colors & Ulta

Beauty Tuesday

For my first " Beauty Tuesday", I thought I would start it off with my May Ipsy bag. If you're not familiar with Ipsy, it's a monthly subscription bag with 4-5 full and/or sample size beauty products. This June marks two years that I've received a bag. Even though some bags are hit or miss, I've continued to be subscribed so I can try out new items. I feel like Ipsy has really upped their game this year and I've loved every bag I've gotten. I'll be sharing my bag with you every month with my own personal review of the bag itself, and each product in it. I'll also blog about how certain makeup wears, feels, and my own opinion of the product. The same for skincare products, and how they work with my skin type.  I hope you enjoy my May 2017 Glam Bag (If you're interested in subscribing to Ipsy's monthly Glam Bag, I'll post the link down below). I'm more into Ipsy for the actual products and not the bags, but I'll admit the ba

Ricky's Cult Crushes // May 2018

Ricky's Cult Crushes // May 2018  You may already know, but I moved all of my subscriptions to my beauty channel: AllyBrianne   You can check out my unboxings there of all of my monthly and seasonal subscriptions.  The reason I'm posting this blog today is because I just got this months Ricky's Cult Crushes in the mail last week. I planned on filming a quick unboxing to post Sunday, but my weekend got away from me so here we are. This is only my second month receiving this subscription. I'm up in the air about it honestly. Last months ( Ricky's Cult Crushes // April 2018 ) was a good box, but sadly the pans in the eyeshadow palette kept falling out! You can see all that business in the video! I was disappointed because the shadows were great.. The packaging not so much.  If you don't know what  Ricky's Cult Crushes is... It is a $11 (now $14, I'll explain) monthly subscription that has mainly beauty items. This is a subscription throug

August Ipsy Glam Bag

If you're not familiar with Ipsy, it's a monthly subscription bag with 4-5 full and/or sample sized beauty products. I've been getting one for two and an half  years  now. Even though some bags are hit or miss, I've continued to be subscribed so I can try out new items. I feel like Ipsy has really upped their game this year and I've loved every bag I've gotten. I'll be sharing my bag with you every month with my own personal review of the bag itself, and each product in it. I don't know what took so long this month whether it was Ipsy or just USP
