Lunar Beauty Eternal Eclipse | Makeup

Lunar Beauty Eternal Eclipse | Makeup

Eternal Eclipse Palette

You already know I had to have this palette. Since trying Lunar Beauty it has quickly become one of my favorite brands with my most favorite eyeshadow formula ever. It's really that good! This palette I was contemplating because of the neutrals (I have too many neutrals to begin with), but deep down I knew it would be mine. Ha! It's such an interesting neutral palette that it works. I get every brand wants to have a neutral palette, but I really appreciate the way Manny has incorporated that into his brand. It is flawless every time. These matte (in the center) transition shades have become some go-tos for me for many looks. You also have some deeper matte shades to really take the look to the next level and his metallics?! Absolutely stunning! The bottom row features a gunmetal and deep blue metallic, but it also has a matte black with a throw of specks (that actually do show up on the eye when you use it unlike so many other brands that disappear once the shade is applied). The top row is a neutral gal/guy game changer. If you are a neutral person, don't sleep on this. You have from a light gold to copper and bronze shades. There is also a beautiful sliver and my favorite shade Meteor.. I can't even do it justice by explaining it. It's like a taupe mauve that shifts with specks of blue, bronze, gold.. It is one of the prettiest shades I have ever seen! The metallic formula is just as good as his past palettes, but there is an adjustment in the intensity of shimmer with this one. It's a 10/10 palette for me and I can't get enough of these tones. There are 7 metallics, 1 matte black with the shimmer specks, and 7 mattes. The formula is consistent with past Lunar Beauty palettes of buttery metallics and easy to blend pigmented mattes.

Swatches left to right: Flare, Adamantium, Meteor, Gold Dust, Desert Sky, Dusk, Rosethorn, Sandstorm, Summer Sky, Earthbender, Starry Eyed, Smoke, Deep Sea, Lagoon, & Night Sky.

Beauty Tuesday

For my first " Beauty Tuesday", I thought I would start it off with my May Ipsy bag. If you're not familiar with Ipsy, it's a monthly subscription bag with 4-5 full and/or sample size beauty products. This June marks two years that I've received a bag. Even though some bags are hit or miss, I've continued to be subscribed so I can try out new items. I feel like Ipsy has really upped their game this year and I've loved every bag I've gotten. I'll be sharing my bag with you every month with my own personal review of the bag itself, and each product in it. I'll also blog about how certain makeup wears, feels, and my own opinion of the product. The same for skincare products, and how they work with my skin type.  I hope you enjoy my May 2017 Glam Bag (If you're interested in subscribing to Ipsy's monthly Glam Bag, I'll post the link down below). I'm more into Ipsy for the actual products and not the bags, but I'll admit the ba

Ricky's Cult Crushes // May 2018

Ricky's Cult Crushes // May 2018  You may already know, but I moved all of my subscriptions to my beauty channel: AllyBrianne   You can check out my unboxings there of all of my monthly and seasonal subscriptions.  The reason I'm posting this blog today is because I just got this months Ricky's Cult Crushes in the mail last week. I planned on filming a quick unboxing to post Sunday, but my weekend got away from me so here we are. This is only my second month receiving this subscription. I'm up in the air about it honestly. Last months ( Ricky's Cult Crushes // April 2018 ) was a good box, but sadly the pans in the eyeshadow palette kept falling out! You can see all that business in the video! I was disappointed because the shadows were great.. The packaging not so much.  If you don't know what  Ricky's Cult Crushes is... It is a $11 (now $14, I'll explain) monthly subscription that has mainly beauty items. This is a subscription throug

August Ipsy Glam Bag

If you're not familiar with Ipsy, it's a monthly subscription bag with 4-5 full and/or sample sized beauty products. I've been getting one for two and an half  years  now. I don't know what took so long this month whether it was Ipsy or just USP
