Rose Gold Heart // KKW Fragrance

Rose Gold Heart // KKW Fragrance

I hope you like fragrance posts because I'm once again obsessed. This particular one was a gift from the hubby for Valentine's Day, which was so sweet! He gets my fragrance love and did amazing because this smells heavenly. We're both obsessed and he compliments me every time I wear it.

Top: Glistening Lemon Pear Water, Shimmering Bergamot, Pink Peppercorn

Mid: Silky Peony Buds, Rose Concentrate, Pink Tagete

Dry: Pure White Moss, Warm Benzoin, Modern Glossy Musks

I've heard such mixed reviews on these new metallic hearts that I was thinking about passing on them completely, but I'm so glad he did buy this one for me because I personally love it. It definitely has a uniqueness to it, but it is a very sultry floral. I'm super picky about florals, but the sultry vibes of this make it work. I have to say my first impression was different than any in the past. I usually smell the product right from the nozzle and love it... This one had me like.. "wait.. I may not like this," but I then spritzed it onto my arm. Once it settled and I smelt it from my actual arm I was in love. I have to warm up with my skin. I do have her Pear & Peony Crystal fragrance as well and wanted to mention the difference since this one has the lemon pear water as a top note. While I do smell a hint of the lemon pear, I don't find it very fruity at all. The crystal one is more fruity and fresh-smelling for day wear. I find this heart to be more nighttime vibes. It's (once again) sultry, floral, warm, and such a fun scent to add to my collection.

If you have enjoyed her fragrances I wouldn't sleep on these. I'm super impressed and want the other two now. We can always cross our fingers for a post Valentine's sale, can't we? xo

Beauty Tuesday

For my first " Beauty Tuesday", I thought I would start it off with my May Ipsy bag. If you're not familiar with Ipsy, it's a monthly subscription bag with 4-5 full and/or sample size beauty products. This June marks two years that I've received a bag. Even though some bags are hit or miss, I've continued to be subscribed so I can try out new items. I feel like Ipsy has really upped their game this year and I've loved every bag I've gotten. I'll be sharing my bag with you every month with my own personal review of the bag itself, and each product in it. I'll also blog about how certain makeup wears, feels, and my own opinion of the product. The same for skincare products, and how they work with my skin type.  I hope you enjoy my May 2017 Glam Bag (If you're interested in subscribing to Ipsy's monthly Glam Bag, I'll post the link down below). I'm more into Ipsy for the actual products and not the bags, but I'll admit the ba

Ricky's Cult Crushes // May 2018

Ricky's Cult Crushes // May 2018  You may already know, but I moved all of my subscriptions to my beauty channel: AllyBrianne   You can check out my unboxings there of all of my monthly and seasonal subscriptions.  The reason I'm posting this blog today is because I just got this months Ricky's Cult Crushes in the mail last week. I planned on filming a quick unboxing to post Sunday, but my weekend got away from me so here we are. This is only my second month receiving this subscription. I'm up in the air about it honestly. Last months ( Ricky's Cult Crushes // April 2018 ) was a good box, but sadly the pans in the eyeshadow palette kept falling out! You can see all that business in the video! I was disappointed because the shadows were great.. The packaging not so much.  If you don't know what  Ricky's Cult Crushes is... It is a $11 (now $14, I'll explain) monthly subscription that has mainly beauty items. This is a subscription throug

August Ipsy Glam Bag

If you're not familiar with Ipsy, it's a monthly subscription bag with 4-5 full and/or sample sized beauty products. I've been getting one for two and an half  years  now. I don't know what took so long this month whether it was Ipsy or just USP
