Elf Cosmetics Putty Line | Makeup

My Elf Cosmetics Putty product collection continues to grow so I thought it was time to talk about it. What was once a primer has extended into blushes and now bronzers too. All though they all have one thing in common, besides being putty, they are beautiful products I have found they all differ in slight ways.

Poreless Putty Primer

There are more primers in this range now but this is their original that is a fan favorite. It really does blur pores in a way that sinks into your skin and doesn't leave a film or layer on the skin. It makes for an amazing skin base. I believe there is an acne-fighting one and a hydrating one. I would love to try both of those since the original is one I normally have to keep in just my t-zone due to the rest of my face being so dry. It doesn't dry my skin out or anything. I just feel the rest of my face needs more moisture.

Putty Blush

With all the cream blush love I have shown I, of course, have been awestruck with these beauties. At the moment I have the beautiful, Turks & Caicos that was a summer go-to bright pink. This formula melts into the skin like the primer and I find them very blendable for a subtle moment or very buildable for a high pigment moment. This blush lasts too. Blush is normally the first to wear but this one lasts all day on me.

Putty Bronzer

My newest putty purchase is on the newer putty bronzer in the shade, Tan Lines. It is the second to fairest shade in the line and I really like how it compliments my complexion, but I think as the winter months come I'll need the even fairer one to go with my ghostly complexion. It performs a lot like the blush but I have found it to be more pigmented as it builds up in shade faster. Just like the blush, this one wears nicely throughout the day too.

Wearing all three products.

Wearing the blush, just built up a little more than in the first look.

For reference to these shades, the looks above feature them. I for one will be picking up more blush shades in the future and love that Elf continues to produce amazing high-end quality products for a fraction of the price.

Shroud Cosmetics x BattyBean Hallobean Palette | Makeup

Where to begin with this palette? Could it be the best of this season? Possibly so! This second round of Shroud Cosmetics x BattyBean is everything I could dream up for a fall palette. Sure, I love the past Its Freakin' Bats palette. It is still a favorite with its spooky vibes. What the Hallobean Palette gives is not only a spooky vibe but a fall lovers' essentials in the shade range. With 5 mattes and 4 metallics, you have a good balance in formulas that are some of the best. The mattes are pigmented but are some of the easiest shadows to blend out. The metallics are a buttery dream with the prettiest payoff. These stunning shades that are named after such iconic Halloween movies/characters are everything and new favorites.   BattyBean did an incredible job on another gorgeous color story and Shroud really does deserve all the love/hype they are getting! xx Shades left to right: Ghastly, Afterlife, Crypt, Woodsboro, It's Showtime, Black Flame, Losers Club, Ghoulish...

Doucce Freematic Eyeshadow Pro Palette (Nude) Review

Doucce Freematic Eyeshadow Pro Palette (Nude) Review You may have seen that I received this Doucce palette in my FabFitFun Winter Box . I have actually tried one of their single pans of eyeshadow from a subscription in the past and I did like it and thought it was super pigmented! First of all, I love how compact and cool this freematic palette is. There is small magnets on the back of each shade and the inside of the actual palette is a magnetic board like a Z-Palette. Then I want to mention how I do really like the color layout of this. It is a pretty neutral layout and has shades that everyone has, but the undertone of these are just so different to me. In a good way for sure! They do have other palette options on their website, along with a "build your own palette" option. I will eventually review the highlight (also a bonus!) that came with this, but I want to talk mainly about the 8 eyeshadows. They're just like the single one I received and is very pigm...

Amethyst | Gemstone Series

Amethyst | Gemstone Series  Today is Amethyst. I have to say I started this look a little late in the day and was rushing the beautiful golden hour to get this makeup on and get decent pictures before the sunset.  *If this is the first gemstone look you have seen the others will be linked below, but the idea is creating looks based on gemstones every week and the challenge (not really) using the ColourPop So Jaded palette to create the eye look.  ✖️Brows: Anastasia Beverly Hills Dipbrow Gel (Blonde) ✖️Eyes: Mac Cosmetics Paint Pot (Painterly) ColourPop So Jaded Palette (Ametrine, Flourite, & Amethyst) Tarte Cosmetics Big Ego Mascara I started the look with the Ametrine shade right above my crease and blended it out with a blending brush. Then I took the Flourite shade on my inner corner and brow bone as my highlight.  Then, of course, the Amethyst shade in the palette. I patted it on the lid space with my finger before blending it in my actual ...
