Atelier Pacific Lime | Fragrance

Atelier Pacific Lime | Fragrance   "Pacific Lime is Atelier Cologne's latest creation, a bright  lime  and  coconut perfume  which tells the story of an unexpected celebration on a dream beach. The main ingredients of this  unisex  fragrance are lime from Mexico, lemon from Italy, coconut from the Philippines, spearmint from America and eucalyptus from China"  I reviewed the Atelier Iris Rebelle back in August and the rich smell of that fragrance was perfect for the end of summer. Now going into spring I have Pacific Lime and it's once again perfect for the season. This fragrance is fresh, woody, and with a splash of citrus. I do wish the coconut came through stronger. I feel I always get pumped when I see coconut (I'm obsessed with coconut scents if you couldn't already tell) in fragrance details, but more than usual I barely even smell coconut in the fragrances.. Side bar if you know of a good coconut recommendation let a girl know! The initial spray is mo

Lunar Beauty Eternal Eclipse | Makeup

Lunar Beauty Eternal Eclipse | Makeup   Eternal Eclipse Palette You already know I had to have this palette. Since trying Lunar Beauty it has quickly become one of my favorite brands with my most favorite eyeshadow formula ever. It's really that good! This palette I was contemplating because of the neutrals (I have too many neutrals to begin with), but deep down I knew it would be mine. Ha! It's such an interesting neutral palette that it works. I get every brand wants to have a neutral palette, but I really appreciate the way Manny has incorporated that into his brand. It is flawless every time. These matte (in the center) transition shades have become some go-tos for me for many looks. You also have some deeper matte shades to really take the look to the next level and his metallics?! Absolutely stunning! The bottom row features a gunmetal and deep blue metallic, but it also has a matte black with a throw of specks (that actually do show up on the eye when you use it unlike

Mauve | Monochromatic Series

Mauve | Monochromatic Series I'm so excited to start a new blog look series  and I have always loved monochromatic looks.. So it was time! I thought I was starting with pink then I picked purple shadows that then turned into a full blown mauve look. So that's how I got the look for today. XO  *If this is the first monochromatic look you have seen the others will be linked below, but the idea is creating looks that are monochromatic with the eyes and lips every week.  ✖️Brows:  ABH Brow Definer (Taupe) & Clear Brow Gel ✖️Eyes:  Mac Cosmetics Paint Pot (Painterly)  Kylie Cosmetics Chill Baby Palette (Just Chill, Mrs. Claus, Cuddle Season, & Jingle Baby) Thrive Causmetics Brilliant Eye Brightener (Stella) TreStique Good Vibes Mascara Ardell Beauty Wispies Lashes (not pictured in flat lays) I first took Cuddle Season and used this pale taupe cream as my transition before adding more pigment on the outer corner and crease with the shade Just Chill (a cool tone purple mauve)

Glow Recipe Avocado Melt Retinol Sleeping Mask | Skincare

Glow Recipe Avocado Melt Retinol Sleeping Mask | Skincare Avocado Melt Retinol Sleeping Mask Do you also hope you end up loving Glow Recipe products because the packaging is so cute too? Just me?  Ha! For real though.. I love how cute it is plus I found out recently that they have a recycling program. The jars you can repurpose, but you can actually send the plastic parts back to them. Amazing skincare and sustainability in the mix? Yes, please! This product I received in Boxycharm and just like many I sometimes cringe when I read retinol. Don't get me wrong I'm all for some aging prevention, but at what price? Some in the past have been way too intense for my skin and I feel like I stress too much about the protection of my skin against UVA and UVB rays. Any product with "retinol" in any shape, size, form.. I beg you to protect your skin with SPF. Retinol is best used at night so it works out to apply SPF in the morning. It's really important to remember.  Th

The 5: Skin Tints/Tinted Moisturizers | Makeup

The 5: Skin Tints/Tinted Moisturizers | Makeup Usually I'm all about light BB or CC creams for the summer time. I don't know about you, but 2020 flipped my skin routine and I have found myself reaching solely for these year round now. With that being said, I also know how challenging it is to find the perfect one for you. It's a foundation hunt, but a tad easier I would say. I can actually say even if one of these isn't my favorites I can still pull if off either way because it is a tinted product. Also most tinted products are lightweight, not a lot of coverage so shades work more times than with foundations, and they're usually pretty hydrating. I want to state that I have combo to dry skin, acne prone, and while it can be sensitive to some products I'm usually not someone that breaks out from products (this comes into play with one of these reviews)  on my face a lot. Let's jump into some spitfire reviews on tinted moisturizers/skin tints.    ColourPop
