Dewy Fall Look + September Facetory Unboxing

Dewy Fall Look + September Facetory Unboxing

Facetory is a sheet masks subscription with (your choice) 4 to 7 masks in a box each month. The 4 pack is $5.95 a month (retails for $12.50) and the 7 pack is $15.95 a month (retails for $33.00). There is also a shipping fee of $2.95 (4 pack) and $3.95 (7 pack).
I got my first Facetory box in the beginning of October, but since it was for September I wasn't planning on sharing it. I thought it maybe easier to just wait for this month's instead. Since I plan on using more sheet masks (especially hydrating ones) before my makeup, I thought I would just share last month's with this makeup look.  September's box was all about the glow with a bunch of gold incorporated masks. I will be sharing this month's box soon (with more details about the masks), but I just wanted to share a couple pictures from this previous box. You can see me trying some of these out in upcoming blogs or on my instastories (@allisonhunt_2).

From my September Facetory box, I used this Tosowoong 24k Gold Mask. This mask has a lot of benefits, but the reason I chose to use it was for the hydration and brightening aspect. This one was more of a rubbery/jelly feel than the usual sheet mask. These always look serial killer like, but this mask was a nice one!

For this eye look, I took the shade Buon Fresco (green circle) just in my crease as my transition. Once that was blended nicely, I highlighted my brow bone with the Vermeer (purple circle) shade and I also took that shade from the middle of my lid to the inner corner of my eye. Next was the shade Love Letter (yellow circle). I focused this shade on the outer corner with lots of blending. Once it was pretty opaque on the outer corner I started blending it over into the crease to fade it out just a little, but to also make the look more put together. I then touched up all the places I put the Vermeer shade and I also added that shade to the inner part of my lower lash line. For the rest of the lower lash line, I took the shade Antique Bronze (blue circle) and smoked it out. Even though I've been obsessed with making my eyes more smoky, I didn't go too crazy on this look.
Then, I winged out my liner, added falsies, threw on some mascara, and this eye look is complete!

Beauty Tuesday

For my first " Beauty Tuesday", I thought I would start it off with my May Ipsy bag. If you're not familiar with Ipsy, it's a monthly subscription bag with 4-5 full and/or sample size beauty products. This June marks two years that I've received a bag. Even though some bags are hit or miss, I've continued to be subscribed so I can try out new items. I feel like Ipsy has really upped their game this year and I've loved every bag I've gotten. I'll be sharing my bag with you every month with my own personal review of the bag itself, and each product in it. I'll also blog about how certain makeup wears, feels, and my own opinion of the product. The same for skincare products, and how they work with my skin type.  I hope you enjoy my May 2017 Glam Bag (If you're interested in subscribing to Ipsy's monthly Glam Bag, I'll post the link down below). I'm more into Ipsy for the actual products and not the bags, but I'll admit the ba

Ricky's Cult Crushes // May 2018

Ricky's Cult Crushes // May 2018  You may already know, but I moved all of my subscriptions to my beauty channel: AllyBrianne   You can check out my unboxings there of all of my monthly and seasonal subscriptions.  The reason I'm posting this blog today is because I just got this months Ricky's Cult Crushes in the mail last week. I planned on filming a quick unboxing to post Sunday, but my weekend got away from me so here we are. This is only my second month receiving this subscription. I'm up in the air about it honestly. Last months ( Ricky's Cult Crushes // April 2018 ) was a good box, but sadly the pans in the eyeshadow palette kept falling out! You can see all that business in the video! I was disappointed because the shadows were great.. The packaging not so much.  If you don't know what  Ricky's Cult Crushes is... It is a $11 (now $14, I'll explain) monthly subscription that has mainly beauty items. This is a subscription throug

August Ipsy Glam Bag

If you're not familiar with Ipsy, it's a monthly subscription bag with 4-5 full and/or sample sized beauty products. I've been getting one for two and an half  years  now. I don't know what took so long this month whether it was Ipsy or just USP
