*Mediheal Eggy Skin Firming Mask
(September 2017 Facetory)

This mask packaging is so cute! I love that this is a
firming mask. I've said it before, but I'm all about
firming and anti-aging products. It's never too
early to start prevention! This sheet mask felt
really nice on my skin and left it
glowy and refreshed!

Foundation Review: Marc Jacobs Genius Gel

I bought this a couple months back and have been trying it out ever since. Usually I can wear a foundation 2-3 times and have a pretty good idea of how I like it. This one was different. I was really confused by this all together. The shade range, formula, application, etc.
I got the shade 10 Ivory Light and it is LIGHT. I've heard that it's the same with their Re(marc)able foundation as well. This is a pricer foundation, so it would be a bummer to have to buy two shades to mix. This shade can work for me during the winter, but it still washes me out! My highlight and contour are both pretty strong today against this. More bronzing would be necessary! When I first applied it I was frustrated at the "gel" formula because It literally looked like I wiped a gel primer on my face and had no coverage. I feel like the more I've worn it, I can see how it gradually starts to show up on the skin after application. It's weird and hard to explain, but that's how it has worked for me. It wore pretty decently through the day, but again has a light-to-medium (more on the light side) coverage. The best my skin has looked with this was on the days where I wasn't having a lot of problematic areas that needed more coverage. If you have pretty clear skin then you might like this!  Is this a foundation I would want to reach for all the time? Not really, but on the days when my skin is pretty clear and I'm not wanting that "full glam face" then I would enjoy this! It feels light-weight and I really do like that! I feel like it would be perfect for the summer-time for those "No Makeup, Makeup Days", but that is where the shade range throws me off once again.
The more I've read and looked up on this foundation is that it's suppose to be a "better" for your skin foundation. That is a plus, but I  had a hard time finding this foundation on any site! I bought it a few months back. I'm not sure if they were starting to discontinue it or what? I missed that part, but for the few shades that are still out there or if you had seen this on a trading site and was interested I still wanted to leave this review for you.
Honestly, I give this foundation a 5/10. It's not my favorite, but it's not the worse I have tried either.
If you were to buy this at full price (I got mine on sale at Sephora at the time), then I would just buy their Re(marc)able instead if I were you!

Beauty Tuesday

For my first " Beauty Tuesday", I thought I would start it off with my May Ipsy bag. If you're not familiar with Ipsy, it's a monthly subscription bag with 4-5 full and/or sample size beauty products. This June marks two years that I've received a bag. Even though some bags are hit or miss, I've continued to be subscribed so I can try out new items. I feel like Ipsy has really upped their game this year and I've loved every bag I've gotten. I'll be sharing my bag with you every month with my own personal review of the bag itself, and each product in it. I'll also blog about how certain makeup wears, feels, and my own opinion of the product. The same for skincare products, and how they work with my skin type.  I hope you enjoy my May 2017 Glam Bag (If you're interested in subscribing to Ipsy's monthly Glam Bag, I'll post the link down below). I'm more into Ipsy for the actual products and not the bags, but I'll admit the ba

Ricky's Cult Crushes // May 2018

Ricky's Cult Crushes // May 2018  You may already know, but I moved all of my subscriptions to my beauty channel: AllyBrianne   You can check out my unboxings there of all of my monthly and seasonal subscriptions.  The reason I'm posting this blog today is because I just got this months Ricky's Cult Crushes in the mail last week. I planned on filming a quick unboxing to post Sunday, but my weekend got away from me so here we are. This is only my second month receiving this subscription. I'm up in the air about it honestly. Last months ( Ricky's Cult Crushes // April 2018 ) was a good box, but sadly the pans in the eyeshadow palette kept falling out! You can see all that business in the video! I was disappointed because the shadows were great.. The packaging not so much.  If you don't know what  Ricky's Cult Crushes is... It is a $11 (now $14, I'll explain) monthly subscription that has mainly beauty items. This is a subscription throug

I don't know what took so long this month whether it was Ipsy or just USP
