Beauty Bakerie Proof is in the Puddin' // Makeup Monday

It's Monday already?! Happy Makeup Monday!
I'm catching it rather late this Monday so this one will be on the shorter side which is perfect for this palette because I've talked so much about it already in my First Impressions, 2 Looks 1 Palette and FabFitFun Winter Box blog post! You can for sure check out my thoughts there on this neutral palette because not much has changed. I haven't reached for it again... I do mainly blame it on the neutrals that I normally don't go for and if I do I use my favorite neutrals. This is a nine pan neutral with 5 mattes and 4 metallics. The mattes are pretty and can be built up. You really have to build them up to have any pigment. I don't mind it because I'm used to shadows like so, but it's not a go-to formula for me. The metallics are more of a sheer formula with not as much pay off as I would like. The longevity is nice, the packaging is cute, and it is a beautiful warm tone neutral palette. I just haven't been absolutely blown away by it.
With that being said should I test out another Beauty Bakerie palette? Have you tried their palettes? I LOVE the concept of the brand (I LOVE baking) and the strong woman behind it so I  really do want to fall in love with it. It may just be the eyeshadows for me and I have other products from Beauty Bakerie on my shopping list! XO

Swatches top to bottom: Almond jelly, Warm Cocoa, Nana Puddin', Mango Pudding, Spiced Caramel, Butterscotch'd, Bread Pudding, Chia Pudding, & Rice Pudding

Revlon ColorStay Skin Awaken 5-in-1 Concealer | Makeup

Revlon Colorstay Skin Awaken 5-in-1 Concealer  Revlon has a new Colorstay concealer that I had to share for different reasons. I've been trying it out for the past few weeks and have my shades down and also the way I like to apply it! So I thought I would let you in on my secrets... My fair with neutral undertones skin has done best with the shade fair in the concealer although I'm super close to the shade, vanilla as well. My absolute favorite way of wearing this concealer formula is day-to-day by itself. It's that "your skin but better" look where I only use spot concealer under my eyes and where needed. It blends in without leaving weird patches but wears nicely in place. The only complaint here is the creasing I do experience with fine lines and creases that are on my skin. A little setting powder fixes that. I have tried the universal neutralizer and wasn't a fan. I'm sure it would be nice for most, but my fair skin doesn't mix well with the sha...

Good Molecules Cleansing Bar & Caffeine Energizing Hydrogel Eye Patches // Skincare

Good Molecules Cleansing Bar & Caffeine Energizing Hydrogel Eye Patches // Skincare I have plenty of skincare blogs coming your way, but I wanted to post again about Good Molecules and their products I've been loving.  I do have a video on these products, mainly so on the eye patches, but now that I have been using both of them for awhile I wanted to share my thoughts.  Caffeine Energizing Hydrogel Eye Patches I have always enjoyed any eye product. From eye masks like these to eye creams. They both make a huge difference in my skincare. I go through spells of little sleep and gradually see my under eye area get darker and darker. I'm also paranoid of getting eye wrinkles so I try to keep my eye area super hydrated and even throw in anti-aging in the mix once in awhile. What I can say is that I was not expecting what happened with these eye patches. Yes I'm used to hydration boosts with eye masks, but the difference you see immediately with th...

Skincare & Makeup Haul

Skincare & Makeup Haul I've never done a "haul" on my blog before, but I thought it would be a cool idea plus it would be a sneak peak of things that I'll be trying out for future reviews.  Skincare: I have been loving trying out new skincare items and although my skincare bin is a little full at the moment there was a few things I was running low on and a few things that I couldn't pass on!  I was running low on both makeup removing wipes and micellar water, so I picked these up at Target. I often use a moisturizer from the Simple brand, but I've never tried their wipes or micellar water before. It's cheaper in the long run buying the two pack of wipes, but I do hope these work good!  My nose has once again started getting clogged with blackheads. I've been trying out a few different foundations and wearing makeup just about everyday and my skin just isn't use to that. After taking a two week break from makeup a...
