Anastasia Beverly Hills NORVINA // Palette Review

Anastasia Beverly Hills NORVINA  // Palette Review

With the launch of the newest ABH palette Sultry, I thought it would be a good time to address my thoughts on their last palette they launch a few months ago. The Norvina palette is the beautiful purple addition that ABH needed in their collection! I'm a little biased with purples, but this is honestly a game changer for them. I love that they went with a color theme that was more than just neutrals or "wearable shades." Norvina is such an inspiration in the beauty world and I have loved following her journey with her mom and this brand. They definitely know what they're doing with eyeshadow formulas! I feel like Subculture put a jam in that for most people, but they listened, brought back that traditional Modern Renaissance formula, and have been killing it since! I will have my other ABH palette reviews link below for you guys.
While this palette offers a few warm tone mattes it also has colorful mattes like pink and purple. The best part (besides the incredible formula) is they have the same amount of metallic shimmers as they do mattes! If you have tried their metallics then you know what I'm talking about! This palettes has 7 blendable, pigmented, and easy to work with mattes. It also has 7 creamy, buttery, pigmented metallics. All shades are long-wearing! I experience little to no fall-out with the mattes, but the metallic formula can have a little fall-out to it like most do. If you love ABH palettes and you have been torn about this palette, I really recommend it!

Beauty Tuesday

For my first " Beauty Tuesday", I thought I would start it off with my May Ipsy bag. If you're not familiar with Ipsy, it's a monthly subscription bag with 4-5 full and/or sample size beauty products. This June marks two years that I've received a bag. Even though some bags are hit or miss, I've continued to be subscribed so I can try out new items. I feel like Ipsy has really upped their game this year and I've loved every bag I've gotten. I'll be sharing my bag with you every month with my own personal review of the bag itself, and each product in it. I'll also blog about how certain makeup wears, feels, and my own opinion of the product. The same for skincare products, and how they work with my skin type.  I hope you enjoy my May 2017 Glam Bag (If you're interested in subscribing to Ipsy's monthly Glam Bag, I'll post the link down below). I'm more into Ipsy for the actual products and not the bags, but I'll admit the ba

Ricky's Cult Crushes // May 2018

Ricky's Cult Crushes // May 2018  You may already know, but I moved all of my subscriptions to my beauty channel: AllyBrianne   You can check out my unboxings there of all of my monthly and seasonal subscriptions.  The reason I'm posting this blog today is because I just got this months Ricky's Cult Crushes in the mail last week. I planned on filming a quick unboxing to post Sunday, but my weekend got away from me so here we are. This is only my second month receiving this subscription. I'm up in the air about it honestly. Last months ( Ricky's Cult Crushes // April 2018 ) was a good box, but sadly the pans in the eyeshadow palette kept falling out! You can see all that business in the video! I was disappointed because the shadows were great.. The packaging not so much.  If you don't know what  Ricky's Cult Crushes is... It is a $11 (now $14, I'll explain) monthly subscription that has mainly beauty items. This is a subscription throug

August Ipsy Glam Bag

If you're not familiar with Ipsy, it's a monthly subscription bag with 4-5 full and/or sample sized beauty products. I've been getting one for two and an half  years  now. I don't know what took so long this month whether it was Ipsy or just USP
