Too Faced Matte Natural // Palette Review

Too Faced Matte Natural // Palette Review

Was anyone else won over with this beautiful packaging?! It's been a minute since I've used this palette or have talked about it on my channel, but I wanted to put all of my thoughts of it in an update blog for you all. This is definitely a pretty palette. If you are a neutral person you will love it for the fact that you have cool tones and warm tones in one palette that are neutral. This palette intrigued me by it being a full matte palette. It took me out of my comfort zone because it's not often that I don't use a shimmer in a look. They are blendable mattes and work nicely, but I have found that usually each look I create looks oddly the absolute same. By time they are all blended out, the mattes form together. This isn't a bad thing if you're needing a day-to-day palette that is neutral, but if you already have these neutral shades in other palettes, I would recommend to skip on this one. Another thing to factor in is the scent. You guys know how Too Faced is with their scents. I normally don't mind, but with this one I can honestly say it is too STRONG. That scent hits me so hard and honestly almost makes me sick sometimes by how strong it is.. That sounds so dramatic and strange, but it confuses me too! The smell is nice like a cocoa butter scent, but very overpowering when you use it. Once it is on your eyes you don't smell it anymore. I love Too Faced palettes, but unfortunately I think I'm mainly drawn in just by the packaging with this one.

Beauty Tuesday

For my first " Beauty Tuesday", I thought I would start it off with my May Ipsy bag. If you're not familiar with Ipsy, it's a monthly subscription bag with 4-5 full and/or sample size beauty products. This June marks two years that I've received a bag. Even though some bags are hit or miss, I've continued to be subscribed so I can try out new items. I feel like Ipsy has really upped their game this year and I've loved every bag I've gotten. I'll be sharing my bag with you every month with my own personal review of the bag itself, and each product in it. I'll also blog about how certain makeup wears, feels, and my own opinion of the product. The same for skincare products, and how they work with my skin type.  I hope you enjoy my May 2017 Glam Bag (If you're interested in subscribing to Ipsy's monthly Glam Bag, I'll post the link down below). I'm more into Ipsy for the actual products and not the bags, but I'll admit the ba

Ricky's Cult Crushes // May 2018

Ricky's Cult Crushes // May 2018  You may already know, but I moved all of my subscriptions to my beauty channel: AllyBrianne   You can check out my unboxings there of all of my monthly and seasonal subscriptions.  The reason I'm posting this blog today is because I just got this months Ricky's Cult Crushes in the mail last week. I planned on filming a quick unboxing to post Sunday, but my weekend got away from me so here we are. This is only my second month receiving this subscription. I'm up in the air about it honestly. Last months ( Ricky's Cult Crushes // April 2018 ) was a good box, but sadly the pans in the eyeshadow palette kept falling out! You can see all that business in the video! I was disappointed because the shadows were great.. The packaging not so much.  If you don't know what  Ricky's Cult Crushes is... It is a $11 (now $14, I'll explain) monthly subscription that has mainly beauty items. This is a subscription throug

August Ipsy Glam Bag

I don't know what took so long this month whether it was Ipsy or just USP
