Anastasia Beverly Hills Soft Glam // Palette Review

Anastasia Beverly Hills Soft Glam // Palette Review

If you haven't already, check out my ABH Soft Glam + Amrezy // First Impressions on my YouTube!

I know I'm super behind on getting all of these palette reviews up for you guys, but with the Norvina palette launching I thought now would be a great time to get this review of Soft Glam up for you guys! (sneak peek: video on Norvina palette is coming to my YouTube soon!)

I've been using this gorgeous palette for a few months now and really enjoying it! I will have my other ABH palette reviews linked below, but if you didn't know I am a huge fan of their formula! The Modern Renaissance has been my top favorite out of the family, but this one might just be right up there with her! Subculture and Prism were amazing, don't get me wrong, but the formula wasn't the exact same. I still really enjoy both of those and think they are still a good formula, just a little bit different. This beauty is much more like Modern Renaissance than the other two that launched in between the two. This palette is also very wearable for so many people with the neutral warm tones through it. There is a little variety with a couple cool tones as well. The shimmer metallics are gorg! Since I have had this palette I have said I wish there was more of those shades in it, but I'm so glad Norvina added those extras in her palette!
The formula is PIGMENTED, very blendable, and of course long-wearing. There is "kick back," but come on.. Nothing more than other palettes with a little kick back. The fall-out under the eyes is minimal if at all. That issue was mainly with the darker shades. I know Norvina is here, but don't forget about her older sisters ;) They're beautiful and highly recommended!

Soft Glam is a 10/10 for me!
You can get yours at Anastasia Beverly Hills for $42!

Doucce Freematic Eyeshadow Pro Palette (Nude) Review

Doucce Freematic Eyeshadow Pro Palette (Nude) Review You may have seen that I received this Doucce palette in my FabFitFun Winter Box . I have actually tried one of their single pans of eyeshadow from a subscription in the past and I did like it and thought it was super pigmented! First of all, I love how compact and cool this freematic palette is. There is small magnets on the back of each shade and the inside of the actual palette is a magnetic board like a Z-Palette. Then I want to mention how I do really like the color layout of this. It is a pretty neutral layout and has shades that everyone has, but the undertone of these are just so different to me. In a good way for sure! They do have other palette options on their website, along with a "build your own palette" option. I will eventually review the highlight (also a bonus!) that came with this, but I want to talk mainly about the 8 eyeshadows. They're just like the single one I received and is very pigm...

Shroud Cosmetics x BattyBean Hallobean Palette | Makeup

Where to begin with this palette? Could it be the best of this season? Possibly so! This second round of Shroud Cosmetics x BattyBean is everything I could dream up for a fall palette. Sure, I love the past Its Freakin' Bats palette. It is still a favorite with its spooky vibes. What the Hallobean Palette gives is not only a spooky vibe but a fall lovers' essentials in the shade range. With 5 mattes and 4 metallics, you have a good balance in formulas that are some of the best. The mattes are pigmented but are some of the easiest shadows to blend out. The metallics are a buttery dream with the prettiest payoff. These stunning shades that are named after such iconic Halloween movies/characters are everything and new favorites.   BattyBean did an incredible job on another gorgeous color story and Shroud really does deserve all the love/hype they are getting! xx Shades left to right: Ghastly, Afterlife, Crypt, Woodsboro, It's Showtime, Black Flame, Losers Club, Ghoulish...

Amethyst | Gemstone Series

Amethyst | Gemstone Series  Today is Amethyst. I have to say I started this look a little late in the day and was rushing the beautiful golden hour to get this makeup on and get decent pictures before the sunset.  *If this is the first gemstone look you have seen the others will be linked below, but the idea is creating looks based on gemstones every week and the challenge (not really) using the ColourPop So Jaded palette to create the eye look.  ✖️Brows: Anastasia Beverly Hills Dipbrow Gel (Blonde) ✖️Eyes: Mac Cosmetics Paint Pot (Painterly) ColourPop So Jaded Palette (Ametrine, Flourite, & Amethyst) Tarte Cosmetics Big Ego Mascara I started the look with the Ametrine shade right above my crease and blended it out with a blending brush. Then I took the Flourite shade on my inner corner and brow bone as my highlight.  Then, of course, the Amethyst shade in the palette. I patted it on the lid space with my finger before blending it in my actual ...
