Gourmande Girls Cosmetics x Doodlesbythebunny Spooked Palette | Makeup

 

This was hands down one of my favorite Halloween launches of this year. This palette was a design by Doodlesbythebunny on Instagram that made it to a collaboration with Gourmande Girls Cosmetics. I have been following and have been very intrigued by trying this indie brand for a while so when my eyes landed on this palette it was an easy decision. For my first palette from them, I am super impressed. The Spooked palette has a variety of mattes and metallics. The mattes are super pigmented and soft. This is normally a problem for me that tends to be a mess to blend out or be able to keep pigmented on the lids but not with this formula. Not only did it blend like a dream but it also stayed in place all day. The metallics have been breathtaking. Some of them even have duo shifts to them that are so gorgeous. They're buttery and pack a punch to the looks. I've worn this palette so much due to not only how inspiring the color story is but just how good the formula is. I think what I love so much about it too is that it not only doubles as a Halloween and fall palette but these shades work for the holidays too while being such a fun color story. You better keep Gourmande Girls Cosmetics on your radar! xx

  Revlon Colorstay Skin Awaken 5-in-1 Concealer  Revlon has a new Colorstay concealer that I had to share for different reasons. I've been trying it out for the past few weeks and have my shades down and also the way I like to apply it! So I thought I would let you in on my secrets... My fair with neutral undertones skin has done best with the shade fair in the concealer although I'm super close to the shade, vanilla as well. Good Molecules Cleansing Bar & Caffeine Energizing Hydrogel Eye Patches // Skincare I have plenty of skincare blogs coming your way, but I wanted to post again about Good Molecules and their products I've been loving.  I do have a video on these products, mainly so on the eye patches, but now that I have been using both of them for awhile I wanted to share my thoughts.  Caffeine Energizing Hydrogel Eye Patches I have always enjoyed any eye product. From eye masks like these to eye creams. They both make a huge difference in my skincare. I go through spells of little sleep and gradually see my under eye area get darker and darker. I'm also paranoid of getting eye wrinkles so I try to keep my eye area super hydrated and even throw in anti-aging in the mix once in awhile. Skincare & Makeup Haul

Skincare & Makeup Haul I've never done a "haul" on my blog before, but I thought it would be a cool idea plus it would be a sneak peak of things that I'll be trying out for future reviews.  Skincare: I have been loving trying out new skincare items and although my skincare bin is a little full at the moment there was a few things I was running low on and a few things that I couldn't pass on!  I was running low on both makeup removing wipes and micellar water, so I picked these up at Target. I often use a moisturizer from the Simple brand, but I've never tried their wipes or micellar water before. It's cheaper in the long run buying the two pack of wipes, but I do hope these work good!  My nose has once again started getting clogged with blackheads.
